Can I advertise in this forum?

Hey!

Maybe this is a stupid question, but I have to ask to be sure, 'cause I have done this wrong before: is it allowed to
talk about your web hosting site and advertise?

I am trying to sell web hosting from my site, and I hope this could be the right place.

I hope you can help me (and it doesn't sound too stupid)
