Is anyone else using availablevps.com for VPS services?

If so, are you having problems with their service lately? For some unknown reason my account with them appears to have been suspended without notice, yet it's paid through the middle of the month.

I only use the service on rare occasion for purely diagnostics like ping, traceroute and dns resolution so I'm confused as to why a low-use idle client account would have gotten suspended.

As such, I put in a ticket over 2 days ago and have called them twice (only to get voicemail) all of which has not resulted in any communication from them.

I'm just wondering if I need to pursue a different provider or if this is just a fluke and I should be more patient.

Thoughts?
