The key factors other than cost while choosing your provider should be
1) Well established support system - having live chat, responsive ticketing, resourceful Knowledge-base website.
2) Reliability and Scalability.

I would consider cloud VPS (I have personally tried and using for years https://vedos.cz/en/vps-on/ and https://www.hetzner.com/cloud), since these has highest uptime when comparing to regular hosting. Possibly good to look for DDoS protection.
You would have to read tutorials on how to setup hosting control panel, if you are not willing to pay much more for a managed VPS.
