Hi, please share in this thread Your ideas how to grab bulk domains transfer & Renewal for the cheapest price possible thru the year?

In my case on black friday and on "end of the world" day 22.12.2012 hostgator had $1.95/domain transfer & 1 year renewal. So i transfered my 160 domains from godaddy to hostgator for 160 x $1.95 and it all got 1 year renewed. That i call big WIN.

Question is how to catch similar offers of domain registars thru year so we can spot it and transfer + renew for cheap price. Do you have any ideas?

My ideas:
- Add new Google Alert at http://www.google.com/alerts/ "+domain transfer renew $1.9..$6.9" once it happens. But this dont return any results.. :-/
- setup robot to watch these hot deal forums for new threads? hostgator deals, godaddy deals (not much good idea)
