Ok, so i ordered Hostgator reseller plan for around 1-2 years. Had it around 4 months and got banned, cancelled because some of the custommers hosted content violating TOS.

How that happend?
All sites down, WHM not accessible
Ok, i got suspended, these thiefs dont give you back money for non used months. I prepaid more than one year and because of just 3 people decided to violate terms, i got stolen my prepaid money and suspended. This i call legal theft.
I got suspended without warning and it caused my hosting biz big strike.

I would not recommend using hostgator reseller plan if you may get some bad clients (anyone can get!).

I think hostgator this way steals our money. They just find out some reports, and then just cancell you. Beware of Hostgator

Update: After numerous, numerous, numerous asking and convincing i got my refund (after about 1 month of trying). But i got it. THank you Hostgator, your hosting was really good, perfect reseller solution. Only If you handle violations and reports different way so you dont suspend your loyal resellers after 3 crappy reports/tos violations. But its up to you, im staying away from your company.
