What is best link building tool? Please suggest me best tool of it.

Hi, regarding me, I dont believe in automated linkbuilding so i dont advise any tool - except MS Excel or OpenOffice Calc or notepad. But if you need tool for creating link wheels or web 2.0 pages, i think there are expensive tools like Senuke, Scrapeboard, Sicksubmitter. But they are too expensive that is hard 4 me to make more money than spent on this software.

I think for link building there is not tool to check the backlink lot tools are available.
