As I found In simplest terms, static Website pages are those with content that cannot change without a developer editing its source code, while dynamic Website pages can display different content from the same source code. However, Whatever you use you should always use dast so that your website will be free from all kind of vulnerability related errors.

Static websites: Websites contains fixed pages and formats. It display the exact same information whenever anyone visits it.
Dynamic websites: Website can change the web page contents dynamically based on client's browser.
You can also use browser extension or addon to check the site is static or dyanamic.
