Hopefully looking to pay $25/month

I would not hesitate to recommend Profvds.com cheap vps in Europe to anyone. Use the VPSPROFVDS promo code 15% discount for all vps servers. They always, always bend over backwards to help any way they can, and that includes in the middle of the night, when other providers put their dummies on staff.
