Seo cloaking is followed by a black hat seo it means showing for the search engine one content and it shows different content for the users..

In Simple Words SEO Cloaking is nothing but redirecting from one website to another page without knowing the users they been redirected..

Cloaking could be a computer programme improvement (SEO) technique during which the content bestowed to the computer programme spider is totally different from that bestowed to the user's browser. this is often done by delivering content supported the information processing addresses or the User-Agent communications protocol header of the user requesting the page.

SEO cloaking is one of the black hat technique which does not follow the rules and regulations of Google.According to this black hat technique, user is visiting one domain and it is redirecting to some other domain.
