I want to make a website for me and take wordpress hosting for my website. But I am little confused regarding where I can find detail knowledge about wordpress hosting. Then I take a decision.

You will get many providers for wordpress hosting through Google from their select one will suit as per your requirement and Budget

Well, You can host Wordpress on almost all hosting providers who allows PHP scripts and MySQL database.. (see here: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/)
Just google "wordpress hosting" and find hosting that fits your budget. You may google that hosting provider reviews before buying or ask their support. I know ICPH has Softaculous auto installer for Wordpress.

Mostly all hosting providers have wordpress hosting. When you go through the features & plans you will see something like "auto scripts" wordress, joomla.....is available. Simple trick is look for PHP & Mysql feature if it is avaialble then you can have wordpress too.
