Hello, i have several times tried to find Wordpress plugin where i can as an admin add note to appear in Wordpress backend (admin area) to the authors who publish articles. I would prefer if it can be sitewide on the top, or on the New post page. So i can add some sentence or few rules of publishing articles and so on.

I think this can be quite usefull plugin but im curious i cant find any..

using wordpress plugin we can easily handle our website and make some useful tools in that. now a days in market you can get so many plugin regarding your website and topics. Thank you.
