I am thinking about creating and making Video tutorials for Cpanel/WHM and WHMCS.

First let me ask this, is there any free software to use to make videos like this.

Second, If I was to create all these, is selling allowed, due to the fact that it would be based on known software.

If you are planning to sell video tutorials, then you should definitely use some commercial screen recording softwares and editing softwares as you may need to provide HD videos to your clients.
